Root Form & Progressive Power Thread

It has a tapered body design of root form as a whole. The Progressive Power Thread that gets deepen from 2° to 4° of lower apex has not only the excellent initial fixation, but also effective stress dispersion instigated by the square shape.

Micro Thread

400μm of Micro Thread has the effect of increasing the second stability and dispersing the stress by increasing the bone density and widening the surface area in the marginal bone.

Narrow Neck & Microgroove

Abutment is forming a narrow neck with a curved concave profile design, and 50µm of microgroove on the lower side has the effect that the connective tissue adheres well. It forms a stable and thick connective tissue and is very effective for soft integration tissue.

SLA(ABE) Surface

Warantec’s SLA (ABE-Advanced Blasting & Etching) surface has the most ideal RA (Roughness) value of 1.44μm. It has round and uniform surface texture and has less sharp parts.

7° Internal Octagonal Connection

IT implant system has robust friction attachment of 7 degrees, so that minimizes the abutment’s movement even though the screw loosens, therefore it blocks the bone loss excellently. Also, it has the Octa Connection, so that gives an advantage for the directionality of the prosthetic.

FL Design

The FL design of IT implant system protects the upper part of abutment attaching area of the inside of the Fixture that has robust friction until attaching the final prosthetic, and can reduce the error of vertical subsidence that originated from the friction fit of the internal connection implants.

Long Hex Top & Dual Hex-fit

HT implant system has external hex connection. Compare to the existing hex top, HT implant has the height of 1mm, so that reduces the complication such as screw looseness instigated by the external connection dramatically. Also, by applying the dual hex-fit design, it has an advantage for the directionality of the prosthetic on the angled abutment.

Safer Stress Point

IU implant system has the design which the straight thread angle and tapered body shape are properly combined. By placing the compression point 3mm under the cortical bone (subcortical area), the system can suppress the bone resorption of the cortical bone. Also, by applying the square thread on the upper part of the fixture (cortical & subcortical area), the system can obtain great initial fixation even on the soft quality bone, and can decrease the maximum Von Mises Stress on the cortical bone.
